Welcome to VexVM. By accessing or using the VexVM website, software, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. License
Subject to your payment of the applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, VexVM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the VexVM software for lawful security research, reverse engineering, sandboxed testing, and related defensive purposes.
2. Acceptable use
- You will use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.
- You will not use the Service to harm third parties, infringe on others' rights, or perform unauthorized access to systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
- You will not resell or sublicense the Service.
3. Payments
All payments are verified before a license is issued. Because of the digital nature of the product, all sales are final once a license has been issued.
4. Updates
Your lifetime license includes free patch and minor-version updates for the duration of VexVM's commercial activity.
5. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEXVM DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
